Julia Swenson graduated with highest honors from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Los Angeles, in May of 2009. Before establishing Julia’s Kitchen, she worked in corporate finance, and chose to combine a longtime passion for food and an acute business sense by forming her own business. Her specialties include a fusion of Italian, American, and French cuisine, as well as cakes and pastries from around the world. When she's not in the kitchen, she lends her expertise to the online culinary publication The Humble Gourmand (humblegourmand.com). Her recipes have also been published on FoodGawker.com and TasteSpotting.com. Additionally, a photo of her semi-sweet marbled blondies was featured on Foodporndaily.com.
