Sesame Street Cupcakes Were As Fun To Make As They Are To Eat!

I have to give a special shout-out to a great friend of mine who has been very supportive in my entrepreneurial endeavor, personally placing orders and offering referrals regularly. She knows who she is, and I can’t thank her enough. Most recently, she passed along a request from a friend who saw a picture of some really cute cupcakes online. They were prepared by a store in New Jersey and resembled Elmo and Cookie Monster. This friend wanted to make them herself but confessed that she didn’t think she had the skills to do so, and asked if I might be willing to take up the challenge. Naturally, I jumped at the chance to try a new design! The idea was so playful and inventive, and I thought the project would be amusing and a little challenging. The faces turned out great regardless of a minor freakout and squabble with my husband at 2am, and I was very pleased with the outcome. For my next test of will, I hope to tackle the entire Sesame Street gang. Look out, Big Bird and Oscar, you’re next!
